Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return
Please contact our support team at support@bikeory.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the next steps.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
